Directions: For adults. Take one softgel daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet. Store in a cool, dry, dark place away from light and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

Because each person has a different Vitamin D requirement, we recommend to check the 25(OH)D value every 3 months during regular daily intake of 5000 IU or more. This is the only way to guarantee that neither too much nor too little Vitamin D is supplemented daily.
