Delivery & Returns


We try to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm (Monday-Friday) the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the next working day.
All orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 HR services. Therefore, you should normally receive your items within 2-3 working day after we have placed your order. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.


We offer free shipping for all orders shipped in the UK.
We do not offer delivery outside the UK at present, although we may consider shipping an order abroad when the shipping charges are agreed by both us and you.
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom, no additional taxes will be charged to you.

    Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
    In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.


    We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we'll exchange or refund it.

    You will be responsible for the postage cost of returns. We suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

    Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds.

    Should you wish to return an item please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order or any part that is unsatisfactory. In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning.

    We will then reply with a unique return’s authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to.

    You'll need to package the item securely and include:

    Your order number
    The returns authorisation number
    Whether a replacement or refund is needed.

    Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

    Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

    How long will my order take to reach me?

    If you are in the UK Mainland and have ordered items that are in stock you can expect to receive your 2 to 3 days after you ordered from us or within a few days after your order date. If you are not in the UK times will vary depending on your countries import regulations and postal service. Please check with your local Post Office for an estimate on how long it takes to ship items from the UK to your country.

    My order has not arrived what shall I do?

    Firstly please check that the postal service has not left you any cards or notes stating that they tried deliver your parcel while you were out.
    If you do find one of these cards please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left please check the Royal Mail website with your tracking number for any tracking information on your package.

    We ship via Royal Mail 48 hr service. Usually this is very reliable but occasionally parcels get delayed in the Royal Mail network. If your delivery has not arrived in 10 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 28 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world (from when you receive your dispatch email) then you are eligible to claim for a replacement.
